About Me

Dr. Jeremy Marmo, Chiropractic Physician

Since 2002, Dr. Marmo has been practicing Chiropractic medicine in the Chicago suburbs with the goal and commitment to provide results oriented care, along with education and comfort for his patients.


After completing his undergraduate work at the University of Iowa, Dr. Marmo completed his doctorate at one of the nation’s leading Chiropractic schools, Palmer College in Iowa.

His area of treatment comprises a wide variety of conditions including but not limited to sacroiliac joint dysfunction, spinal stenosis, degenerative spinal conditions, spondylolisthesis, sciatica, radiculopathy, disc injuries, headaches or migraines and more.

Bachelor of Science, Biology

The curriculum strives to build a foundational understanding of processes and structures of living organisms, to reveal the scientific procedures used for new discovery of living systems, to examine experimental and observational data for sources of natural causation in organismal processes, to interpret scientific findings reported in the literature, and to communicate biological information in both oral and written forms.

Palmer College of Chiropractic

Doctor of Chiropractic Degree

Palmer College of Chiropractic is the first and largest chiropractic college. Doctors learn a wide variety of chiropractic techniques.  The academic program blends theory with hands-on practice, delivered by faculty who are recognized as the best in the profession.  It's no surprise that nearly a third of all practicing chiropractors are Palmer graduates.

National Board of Chiropractic

  • Board Certified Part I, Includes subject examinations in each of six basic science areas: general anatomy, spinal anatomy, physiology, chemistry, pathology, and microbiology and public health.  

  • Board Certified Part II, Includes subject examinations in each of six clinical science areas:  general diagnosis, neuromusculoskeletal diagnosis, diagnostic imaging, principles of chiropractic, chiropractic practice and associated clinical sciences. 

  • Board Certified Part III, Includes questions that address nine clinical areas: case history, physical examination, neuromusculoskeletal examination, roentgenologic examination, clinical laboratory and special studies examination, diagnosis or clinical impression, chiropractic techniques, supportive techniques, and case management.  

  • Board Certified Part IV,  Examination tests individuals in three major areas: x-ray interpretation and diagnosis, chiropractic technique and case management.

  • Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology Module 1: Comprehensive training program in whiplash and brain injury traumatology, emphasizing the biomechanics, injury mechanisms and occupant kinematics.

  • Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology Module 2: Comprehensive auto crash reconstruction and advanced diagnostics and case management of whiplash and related disorders. 

  • Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology Module 3: Narrative report writing, independent medical examination and application of AMA guidelines in personal injury and forensic practice.

Illinois Chiropractic Society

The Illinois Chiropractic Society (ICS) promotes professional standards, ethical conduct, advanced training and quality health care for the residents of Illinois.  As an active member since 2002, Dr. Marmo continues to stay educated on advanced Chiropractic techniques and topics that are important to his patients.
